Class Description:
Install, start-up, and troubleshooting — covered in that order, with live equipment demonstrations throughout. You’ll get the checkpoints that keep a system out of trouble from start-up, then spend the rest of the time on where techs get stuck: heating mode pressures, defrost boards, reversing valves, and TXVs — all of it behaving differently than it does in cooling.
You’ll Walk Away Knowing:
Install and start-up checkpoints that prevent problems down the road
How to read heating mode pressures fast — no more guessing
How to catch defrost problems before swapping parts
How to spot a reversing valve that’s about to take out a compressor
How TXVs look different in heat mode and what that tells you
